What's the minimum order?
Ten boxes.
Every branding option is priced per box and has its own lead time, shown in the Make it yours section above. We confirm the total in your quote.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the occasion and on the branding you choose. Each branding option shows its own lead time above.
Tell us your deadline in the brief and we'll tell you what's achievable.
Can I change what is in the box?
No. We curate every box, so the contents are the same across your order. What you can change is the branding, from a logo insert card to a printed box.
How does payment work?
We agree payment terms with you in your quote, before anything is ordered or printed.
Can you deliver to several addresses?
Yes, within Dubai. Delivery charges depend on how many boxes you order. For the other emirates we deliver to one address per order.
What about dietary requirements and allergens?
We don't cater to individual dietary requirements. We don't knowingly include pork, alcohol, or ingredients derived from either.
Every item's ingredients and allergens are listed, so you can check a box before ordering. We can't guarantee any box is free from a given allergen — the products are made in facilities that also handle nuts, milk, eggs, wheat and shellfish.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Not at the moment. We deliver across the United Arab Emirates only.

Do I need to supply my own design?
Send us your logo or print-ready artwork. We place it in our standard layouts, and you approve a digital proof before anything is printed.
A fully custom design needs your own designer.
